Clixel has a dedicated classroom area for that very thing. From the basics of Photoshop to getting the best pics you can from your new camera, we're happy to offer tutorials best suited to your needs.

    If you are thinking of purchasing a DSLR , or are the proud new owner of one, this class is for you. You get to know your camera and its capabilities, which ultimately increases your photography skills.

    This course covers:

  • Lingo – Defining all those strange words you've heard about photography, and finally understanding them!
  • Exposure – Exploring the components that make great exposures.
  • Aperture – Yes, I said the A-word! We will make sure you know exactly what this is and how it works.
  • Shutter – Discover the role that Shutter Speed plays in exposure.
  • ISO – In depth look at sensor sensitivity to light.
  • Camera modes - Auto, aperture priority, shutter priority, manual, sports, landscape, close up, portrait
